Dropping my keys!

Published by at 8:28 pm under Why?!?

Stupid Keys, I hate you!

What a monumental task it has become trying to figure out who or what to put on my list for my very first post on this soon to be famous blog. I have such a long list of people and things that annoy me how could I possibly choose. This is a real Sophie’s Choice I’ve got on my hands.

I decided to choose the one thing in life that makes me the craziest. The one thing that instantly sends an unexplainable rush of adrenaline through my body and that one thing is dropping my keys! Oh sweet lord how I hate to drop my keys. I realize this simple event is ridiculous to 1) care about and 2) write about, but I just want to go on a killing spree when I drop my keys.

And while I’m on the subject of my jerk keys, why do I have so many? My house alone requires 4 keys. I feel like a janitor walking around with this mess.

Dropping my keys… you just made my list!

i read this blog from latest post to earliest post and if you end with this post, the whole thing makes sense and is somehow more than the average tedious curmudgeon blog. there’s something sincerely painful and awful and disappointing about that bloated key chain and those, unpleasantly jingly, floor-scraping, why-did-my-brain-tell-my-hand-to-drop-them keys.

Ted, thanks for the vote of confidence and for taking the time actually read my nonsense. See everyone, I really am not that bad!

Unfortunately I managed to drop my keys TWICE today so obviously the Labor Day weekend was completely ruined!

Who are you? I don’t want to know, but I think I’m in love.

    Thanks

Lena, I love you too. I just feel it in my bones that we are meant to be together. Who am I? I am a beautiful, perfect man with flawless opinions. Keep reading, I get better and better with each post (other than the political posts which some people seem to think are the worst crap that has ever been crapped)

It was a pleasure wasting my time reading these blogs. I appreciate the work (?) that you put into these posts.
I have officially fucked off all night at work, doing nothing but reading all of the whining, complaining, bitchy posts.
Kudos on good writing and making my day a miniscule fraction less boring.
And I also agree with “Ted.” Reading from the most recent post and ending with this made things more clear, but foggier still.
It seems you and I have a lot in common but I complain and bitch about different topics.

Benn, Thanks for wasting your evening reading through all of my rambling bullshit. I hope you stick around and waste as much time as possible.

I’m dropping this comment way back here as to disrupt the flow..

I’ve read from this site from the start (about 1/2 a month in) and adore it. Working the overnight shift it’s perfect to get my brain back awake and get co-workers engaged in some serious debates & hilarious stories.

We were wondering if you have considering creating the opposite of this site. You have a way with words and more importantly a keen sense of detail. Dropping your keys isn’t the worse thing that could ever happen to you, but it’s enough to aggravate the hell out of someone, start a bad day, or be the last straw on the camels back. We feel this is the same when it comes to the good things in life.

It could easily be the ying to your yang. Or it could be a complete bust or consume too much time- you make the call obviously. Just know that you have a bunch of fans to this site that would welcome a new one 🙂

I have thought about occasionally writing about things I like on this blog but I have such a long list of things that bug me that it’s much easier to constantly complain! I’m sure some positive posts will sneak in soon 🙂

i usually contemplate walking to a car dealership and buying a new vehicle just so someone will hand me the keys i need to drive away, instead of bending over to pick up my gravity infested keys. however, i am simply to lazy to walk that far or to use my shift key.
